The ZDMnet provides project management services in all 4 phases (Analyse, Definition, Delivery and Closing) of the IT system implementation or BPR projects.

• In analyse phase we coordinate the definition of requirements and analyse of various solution.
• The second phase is the project definition phase. We help to clarify the goals of the project and we help to elaborate the time and other effort estimation. We coordinate the project organisation settings and we prepare the project operation rules documents and project plan. (Including task list, priorities, activity schedule, required resources, communication plan, assurance quality etc.)
• In the delivery phase we support the project director’s and the steering committee’s work and we manage the change management.
• In the closing phase we coordinate the implementation and we help to communicate the project results.
